Buffalo Ranch Flatbread

The Buffalo cauliflower flatbreads that I made previously were such a hit that I decided to revamp them and add ranch! If you know me, you know Buffalo ranch anything is my favourite so trust me when I say this was to die for. I hope you love it as much as I do!


Ingredients:

  • flatbread of choice (I used O’Dough’s)

  • 1 head of cauliflower

  • buffalo sauce (or mix butter & hot sauce)

  • vegan cheese shreds (used Daiya)

  • dried or fresh dill

  • garlic powder

  • dill pickle brine

  • black pepper

  • vegan mayo (Hellmann’s)

  • green onion


Instructions:

  1. Prep your cauliflower and cut into florets

  2. Pre-heat oven to 425°

  3. Toss florets in Buffalo sauce

  4. Add florets to parchment paper and bake for 20 minutes

  5. Prepare the ranch by mixing mayo, pickle brine, pepper, garlic powder & dill

  6. Depending on your flatbread, warm it up in the oven or bake for 5 minutes

  7. Top flatbread with ranch, vegan cheese shreds & cauliflower

  8. Broil until the cheese melts (I did 5 min)

  9. Remove and top with more ranch, buffalo sauce and green onion

  10. Cut into slices and enjoy!
